Pink Is the New Kindness is an interactive front end website which aim is t provide resources for users on how they can best support themselves, their friends and family, and the wider community, who have been affected by Breast cancer to ultimately raise awareness. It contains a collection of external resources for each of these three parts (individual, friends/family, world) so the user can easily find information depending on their personal needs and circumstances. There are also real-life user stories shared from the community and a form that allows a user to submit and share their own personal experiences with Breast Cancer.

A fresh approach to recruitment. Users create a profile on the recruitment portal which includes all their basic data (name/contact etc) and fill in a questionnaire based on their specific needs. Users receive badges based on their specific needs - this avoids future awkwardness/conflict within the recruitment process and also later on in the workplace. Users also have the opportunity to showcase specific soft skills using badges.

We wanted to create a tool that helps employers create a truly accessible workspace, ensuring that all employees can feel that their needs are met every day while they're at work. This site helps to encourage a fully inclusive workspace for all employees, including employees with visible disabilities, invisible disabilities, mental health disabilities, as well as all neurotypical and able-bodied employees too.

P.A.N.D.A. is short for Personable, Accessible, Nourishing, Diverse and Amazing workspaces. You can search companies and check out what they are doing to make this happen. In this phase, the app is available for companies to sign up and create a profile for them. A set of questions are provided and companies are encouraged to give as detailed description as possible. Through this process, companies are pushed to RETHINK and perhaps REVAMP their workplace to make it more accessible to all.
