Diverspect is a site created as part of a hackathon programme organised by Code Institute in collaboration with Trust in SODA. The goal of this site is to give users the ability to talk about their troubles with inclusivity in the workplace, online and in their general lives. This will hopefully open up a healthy discussion between everyone and open up peoples eyes about how people with disabilities, or even just other inclusivity problems. Other inclusivity problems could be mothers returning to work after having a baby. They may be anxious to return to the work environment. And hopefully this site will give everyone the chance to talk about their respective problems and open up a discussion between everyone and businesses.
