A retro game based on the Terminator franchise. A top down shooter game with interactive enemies, difficulty progression and arcade style music and game sounds. Using solely the kaboom.js framework to implement various functions and colliding objects that combines to give the user a unique game play as well as a nostalgic experience.

The goal of the project was to provide a fun and challenging game that has an appealing retro aesthetic that nostalgic players will enjoy. The player must navigate an Olympic-themed obstacle course in front of a crowd of fans. During gameplay, the player can choose to jump or double-jump over obstacles, and risks losing a gold coin on each collision. The target audience is anyone who wants to play a retro-inspired game and is a fan of the Olympics. The game is fun and challenging, and has an appealing retro aesthetic that nostalgic players will enjoy.

Kaboom.js

Trail Pals is a mobile-first web application to encourage users to participate in hiking events around Dublin. It consists of a homepage, an Events page with info about the meet-ups, the actual distance of the user from the event (via geolocation) and a button to open Google Maps, as well as a Trails page with a map showing the location of the six events organised.

WaveFinder is a website that targets surfers. This website is for surfers who want to find the nearest surfing spots around UK. By allowing browser location feature it allows surfers to find the nearest spots for surfing. Site users can see information about our featured locations, direction to the locations, up to date weather conditions, latest photos from our latest events and our upcoming events.

Our project - Aqua La Vista is dedicated to growing the area of Wild Swimming as an amazing tool for mental health and wellness by offering advice, information, and the availability of a geolocation search function using ChatGPT API and deployed using netlify. Visitors can search using their local area of an area of their choice.
