Theme: Gender Equality in the Workplace

Schedule: All times are in BST(Irish/UK time)

Mon, 5th September

• Register for the Intro Webinar Here, which kicks off the event at 18:00 (GMT+1).
• Teams will be assigned immediately after the Intro Webinar and announced in the Slack channel
• Create your Slack IM group chat, & connect with your Team members

Tues 6th September

• Set up your team page in the Hackathon app, project board, workspaces etc.
• Plan your project, project management and dividing up of tasks.
• Register here for the Panel Discussion which starts at 18:00

Wed 7th - Fri 9th September

• Each team member dedicates a minimum of 8-10 hours to working in sprints on solo tasks, chatting with, connecting and working together as a team.
• Continuous deployment

Sat, 10th September - DELOITTE OFFICES, DUBLIN

• 06:45 - Deloitte secure parking opens


• 07:00 - Registration and breakfast on arrival.


• 07:45 - Welcome, intro, wifi details, toilets and fire exits, health & safety, and run through day’s schedule.


• 08:00 - Hackathon teams begin


• 10:00 - Tea/Coffee


• 12:30 - LUNCH


• 14:00 - Hacking continues...
• Final deployment


• 15:30 - Afternoon tea


• 16:30 - Hacking Ends
• Submission deadline - no further commits or changes to projects
• Teams register sign up for a presentation/pitching time-slot.


• 17:00 - Presentations
• A representative from each team will have 2-3 mins (plus Q&A) to present projects to the judging panel.


• 18:00 - Judging
• Drinks and canapes served
• Judges convene to deliberate over projects


• 18:30 - Winner announcement, prize-giving and closing


• 19:00 - Hackathon Ends - Wrap up and leave building and carpark


• 20:00 - Parking space locked no exit after this time
