Happy Holidays Hackathon 2021 #15

Join the Code Institute's Happy Holidays Hackathon!

A Hackathon is a sprint-like event in which teams collaborate intensively on software projects. The goal is to create a functioning project by the end of the event.

Hackathons are a great way to get real-world experience of agile programming and working together in a team, just like you would in a dev role.

  • Work as part of a developer team.
  • Manage the software development life cycle using agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban board, etc.).
  • Use version control in a team setting including Pull Requests, Code Reviews and resolving merge conflicts.
  • The short event simulates a high pressure working environment, delivering projects to tight deadlines.
  • Bolster your portfolio and CV for future employers.
  • Share participation on Social Media.
  • Receive Badges and add them to your LinkedIn profile.

Don't worry if you have limited coding experience, all levels are welcome, from absolute beginner to advanced developers.
